Kris is the principal partner to the CEO, senior leadership team, and board of directors in executing the leadership and stewardship of the vision and mission of the Center for Economic Inclusion. She has over 10 years of experience at Allianz Life where she worked in various roles and departments. Kris brings a wide range of knowledge as an administrative professional and currently serves in administration at her church. She and her husband Joe Worrells live in the Northwest metro with their two children.
My motivation is my children. My husband and I are raising two young men and with all the negativity they see in the world I am motivated to show them something positive. I want to show them that they are worthy, loved and valued as young Black men and that the community in which they live believes and supports them as they strive for excellence in all they do. I am excited to work for the center as I get first-hand knowledge of both the challenges the community faces as well solutions that the center is bringing while partnering with those in the community to make our vision a reality.
