Director of Workforce Innovation
Tony is responsible for the strategic vision and innovation of workforce programming within the Partnerships and Programs team at the Center for Economic Inclusion. Tony connects high level strategic innovation with ‘on the ground’ work performed by North@Work, employer cultivation staff, and other workforce program staff. He is also responsible for identifying new partners or projects to open the economy and expand the number and type of employment opportunities to all residents of the Twin Cities region, especially those who have historically been under or unemployed.
Tony brings 20 years of experience and leadership in diversity, public affairs and community engagement in the corporate sector to NFG. He has served on the boards of Pillsbury United Communities, KMOJ and Hands on Twin Cities and was recognized as “Volunteer of the Year” by the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Doane University.
