Shoreé Ingram
Managing Director, Employer Services and Consulting

For nearly a decade, Shoreé Ingram has deepened her professional experience and commitment to racial equity and inclusion through consulting, management, strategy and execution, and data-driven approaches to advancing racial equity to improve outcomes for all.

As Managing Director of Employer Services and Consulting, Shoreé leads cross-functionally across the Center and within the Consulting department to maximize our approach to equipping mid-sized businesses ($2-10 billion in annual revenues) and government agencies ($500 million-$5 billion annual budgets) to build racially equitable and inclusive workplaces that contribute to building inclusive regional economies.

Shoreé develops tools to improve client services and results, guides and codifies the Center’s proprietary consulting process, and monitors the fidelity of those processes. Her work helps to ensure that the Center delivers on its promise to employers and Black, Indigenous, Asian and Latino employees, consumers, vendors, and communities to increase employers’ ability and willingness to increase racially equitable employment, procurement, and investment results to create a culture of racial inclusion and belonging.

Most recently, Shoreé was Director of Racial Equity and Inclusion at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity where she designed and executed the organization’s strategic priorities, leading cross-divisional and cross-sector work to close the racialized homeownership gap through visioning, operations, policy and community accountability.

Shoreé holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota, with a minor in African American and African Studies.
