Timothy (Tim) A. Boudreaux brings more than 25 years of industry experience in diversity, equity, and Inclusion leadership, recruiting, staffing, new hire training and development, and performance and productivity improvement.

In this role, Tim helps plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate talent acquisition; talent management and development; employee relations and engagement strategy for the Center. Tim’s work supports Center staff in maintaining a collaborative work environment that also stimulates individual autonomy and accountability for performance goals and excellence.

A veteran leader at Cargill, most recently Tim served as Global Inclusion and Diversity Inclusive Experience Consultant. In that role, he was charged with leading business resource group strategy, overseeing governance, and acting as the diversity, equity, and inclusion lead for relationships with the resource groups.

Tim has also coached business group leaders around strategic thinking and execution, how to document a strategy for overall responsibilities, and to amplify execution by creating necessary partnerships throughout the organization.

Tim hold a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn.
